The Lock’s unique shape makes for the perfect type B interlocking paver, which leaves you with a driveway or other paved area that will look great and last for longer. How to calculate 
the size of your area
To find the area of a triangle, multiply the base by the height, and then divide by 2. 1/2 x b(m) x h(m) = m2 
Example: 6m x 6m = 36 36/2 = 18m2
To find the area of a rectangle, 
multiply the base by the height.
b(m) x h(m) = m2 
Example: 5m x 4m = 20m2
To find the area of an odd shape, 
break the shape into sections and 
add the areas together. 
Example: Area A: 2m x 3m = 6m2 
Area B: 6m x 5m = 30m2 
Area C: 1/2 x 6m x 6m = 18m2 
Total area: 6 + 30 + 18 = 54m2
