of concrete pavers, terrazzo tiles, bricks, blocks and
retaining wall systems including the popular large–sized
New Dimension Range of pavers.
The commissioning of a new multi–million dollar
Italian production facility has not only enabled BEST
to produce the world–class New Dimension Range
of pavers but has also allowed BEST to enter the terrazzo
market.
Domestically this market has been dominated by imports.
The importation of this new Italian technology has actually
resulted in a long–term net gain to our country’s
import displacements.
To ensure an enduring competitive edge, BEST has negotiated
sole Australasian rights to its new Italian technology.

COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
BEST Bricks and Pavers hold the environment
as a high priority in the work place. They have eliminated
waste, eliminated landfill and found a new way to save
water by recycling the water used in producing its concrete
pavers and terrazzo.
BEST has experienced many benefits from this: reduction
in water consumption by an average of 4800 litres a
day, closed loop recycling of water and sludge, a $11,000
saving a month in landfill costs, clean production which
eliminates all waste, and a healthier environment.
